"Angus accumulated an astounding array of antique appliances."
What do you think?? I am calling it the Awfully Astute Alphabet Project. I want to create an heirloom type special thing for my 2 kidlets to keep for ever and ever. Drawing is my "thing" so I'm filling all my spaces with yet more creativity. I envisage a large format, hand illustrated picture book they will attach themselves to in a way I attached myself to Animalia as a little girl...it's a big ambition...wish me luck.
I have an inkling tinkling that a cute new range of cards might just materialise in the process....Stay tuned.
Keeping up the buntyandsars stocks in prep for this Sunday's Sugar and Spice childrens market in Woodend has been a test of endurance lately. My light filled drawing room at the front of our humble 1950's home is unheated and when snow is threatening to tumble from the clouds, it can be a test to stay within!
Knitting is keeping my fingers busy while indulging my guilty masterchef habit of an evening. How loved do kidlets look in handknits??? My two are getting very lucky with knitteds...a hat for my boy is the current project. In red(because it's warmer than other colours isn't it?). One day I might even knit myself something!
Well, well, well looky at me. I've written a whole blog entry, added two photos and all by myself too. You never know, if you keep your eyes on here from time to time there might just be something interesting to read, look at or link to quite frequently...I might get hooked!
